Frazer was born in Sheffield, England in 1968.
Educated at Leicester Polytechnic and Central St. Martins School of Art & Design. After graduation Frazer quickly established himself as an illustrator with the ability to short circuit complex design problems with quick fire innovative and witty solutions. He has received many accolades including The Association of Illustrators gold award and Victoria and Albert Museum illustration award on no less than three occasions.
Frazer combines freelance work with his role as senior lecturer in Visual Communication at Sheffield Institute of Arts.
